FIRST STAGE: SHORT TERM PLAN :

 

GOAL:
Improve Technical Capabilities and Enhance Labor Skills.

 

DURATION:
30 Months (started on the 1st of August 2007)

 

Main Elements:
1.Adjust financing and administrative issues.
2.Time monitoring.
3.Apply Safety, Health and Environment Regulations.

4.Repair infrastructure and Utility Systems (according to priorities)
5.Apply PC applications (partially)
6.Improve Transportation and Handling equipments
7.Clean and Remove scrap from roads and workshops.
8.Maintain and secure Repair of Dry Docks.
9.Recommision Slipway 600 ton.
10.Upgrade Training centre.
11.Recruit number of Engineers to build up engineering capabilities.
12.Implement Up-to-date Technology and Procedures.
13.Maximize Marketing and intensify Communications with Clients.
14.Prepare and start applying TQM system.
